Another benefit is you know we’re insured and require hold harmless agreements. We realize our own liability and require each member and their guests to sign a hold harmless agreement. This agreement indemnifies both us as the lessee and you as the owner. As we mentioned before, our relationship with you is vital.
Chances are, you’re a busy person and finding time to sift through potential individuals to lease to can be time consuming. Leasing with COS means trespassers will be less frequent as our staff and members will likely keep them away by their presence. We require that our members be courteous by not disturbing you and keeping you from your duties and family.
